Egg Experiment

It’s one of the activities that I enjoyed the most in the management course. We were asked to design and build an “egg-protection device” with limited resource in short amount of time. Even our egg broke when egg is dropped from a height of 10 feet I still think our team member done a nice job. Our planning process is really successful. All team members felt freely to expressing their thoughts. Everyone has an assigned a different job position in this project. We even figured to go to other class rooms borrowed a scissor, which help limited the waiting time for a public shared scissor. One of the negative side of my team is that everyone has its own thought creating the contraptionin their own way. when we actually building the contraption it’s difficult to controlled everyone with our original planning. If more time is available to build the contraption we will definitely win the competition.
